We specialize in Overnight (a.k.a live-in) House Sitting and Pet Sitting services. We cater our services to both pet owners in need of reliable, pet loving caretakers while they are away AND homeowners, renters, ardent travelers, home sellers who seek responsible individuals to care for their home, plants and provide a presence in their home while they are away. Please note: Our minimum house/pet sit stay is one week. Also please note our cancellation policy below.

Due to our success with Live-In House sits we have decided to commit our full attention to overnight house stays and no longer offer Drop-In visit services.
Why free (for longer sits)?
We love what we do and it makes our life and our art possible. The opportunity to live in, and get to know diverse neighborhoods in the Bay Area is a thrill to us. What makes it even more valuable to us is the ability to live with and care for awesome animals. We now have lots of furry friends who we've bonded with throughout the Bay Area and are lucky enough to revisit. As two huge animal lovers, whose lifestyles have made it difficult to have pets of our own, pet sitting is so rewarding and house sitting fullfills our adventurous spirits. Basically, we feel lucky to do what we do and longer sits are extremely valuable to us.
Why Us?
We are Professional Home and Pet Sitters, which means we do this everyday. Our business is very important to us and, therefore, the clients, homeowners, and pets happiness is of uber importance to us. We are very attentive to our homeowners (or renters!) needs and very respectful of each customer's belongings and homes. As seasoned sitters we have come across all sorts of surprises and are very well equipped to deal with any thing that comes our way. We are more communicative than most and will keep you up to date on all the goings on at your property. We hope to hear from you!
Our Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason, the terms of the pet-sit change in a way that we are uncomfortable with (i.e., there being another person living in your home while we are there) or if you cancel your reservation less than 4 months prior to the beginning of the pet sit, we require payment of the full amount of the cost of our pet-sit or, if the pet-sit is free, we require payment of $30/day for the length of the pet-sit. For example, if we have agree to pet-sit your cat for free for one month, we would require $930 if you cancel.
We have this policy because we budget for pet sits and a many of our clients reserve our time well in advance. By blocking off our reservation calendar, we lose the opportunity to book with other clients and last minute housing can be rather costly for us.
