***We cannot reserve a time for you until you have confirmed with us that we are sitting for you. Once you have confirmed your reservation, we will put it on our booking calendar.

our cancellation policy

We have a strict cancellation policy. If for any reason, the terms of the pet-sit change in a way that we are uncomfortable with (i.e., there being another person living in your home while we are there) or if you cancel your reservation less than 4 months prior to the beginning of the pet sit, we require payment of the full amount of the cost of our pet-sit or, if the pet-sit is free, we require payment of $25/day for the length of the pet-sit. For example, if we have agree to pet-sit your cat for free for one month, we would require $775 if you cancel.

 

We have this policy because we budget for pet sits and a vast majority of our clients reserve our time well in advance. By blocking off our reservation calendar, we lose the opportunity to book with other clients and last minute housing can be rather costly for us.
